Here you will find acceptance and an openness for you to explore your personal yoga journey, at your own pace.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTechniques include noticing your body's sensations and movement patterns, the mobilisation of your joints, breath awareness, posture work and fine tuning.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe sessions are suitable for all levels of experience including complete beginners.
